Heidelberg Materials Benelux is currently looking for a
HR BUSINESS PARTNER & HR PROJECTS MANAGER
to join the team at our headquarters in Braine-l’Alleud.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support overall business objectives.
Talent Management: oversee recruitment processes, ensure effective onboarding, and assist in identifying key talent and succession planning to meet future business needs.
Employee Relations: provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
HR Metrics and Analytics: analyze HR metrics in partnership with line management & HR Controller to develop practical HR solutions and programs focused on employee performance, wellbeing, and alignment with business objectives.
Change Management: lead and manage HR-related projects, including organizational changes, restructures, and mergers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
Employee Development: identify learning and development needs, and work with the Learning & Development team to create programs that drive employee growth and retention.
Compensation and Benefits: provide input and recommendations on salary, benefits, and incentive structures to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
HR Project management: manage and/or participate to ongoing or upcoming HR projects.
Job requirements
Your profile:
You obtained Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Engineering or similar by experience.
You are bilingual Dutch & French, with a good knowledge of English.
You have a proven experience of minimum 10 years as HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in an industrial, complex, fast-paced environment.
You have a strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices in compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
You are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a collaborative manner.
You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
