Heidelberg Materials Benelux is currently looking for a

PERMIT, REAL ESTATE & IMS COORDINATOR

to join us at our headquarters located in Braine-l’Alleud.

The Permit, Real Estate & IMS Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable operations across the Benelux region, with a dedicated business-partner link to the Aggregates (AGG) Business Line.

This position reports directly to the ESG Manager BeNe with a dotted line to the ESG Manager of the Aggregates Business Line.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

Land Management & Permits

• Maintain accurate land and real estate databases.

• Define and execute strategies for acquisition, resale, and value enhancement.

• Manage official real estate documentation and legal compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities for permit applications and renewals.

• Engage with local stakeholders and participate in public inquiries

Integrated Management Systems & ISO

• Implement and monitor IMS for Benelux operations.

• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO and HM Group standards.

• Track non-conformities and propose improvements.

The role is also a dedicated Business partner to the Aggregates Business with a strong support on some selected permitting files and full drive of ISO.

Your profile:

• You hold a Degree in Administration, Real Estate Management, Law, Environmental Studies, or a related field;

• You already have significant experience in land management and permitting coordination, ideally in industrial environment;

• You have a strong knowledge of local and regional regulations related to environmental permitting, or similar areas;

• You are fluent in French and English. You are also able to speak and understand Dutch in a professional environment;

• You are proficient in MS Office, Teams, etc;

• You have proven project management skills, you are organized and you are able to work independently within a team;

• The following qualities define you : willingness to learn, communication, flexibility, solution-orientation, willingness to learn, stress resistance, analytical skills;

• Mobility : the position is based in Braine-l’Alleud but requires also frequent travel to sites and meetings with local authorities.
