ASSISTANT SALES CEMENT DEPARTMENT BENELUX
to join the team at our headquarters located in Braine-l'Alleud.
We are looking for someone dynamic and detail-oriented to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can manage multiple priorities. The assistant will report to the Sales Director Benelux.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
As our Assistant Sales Cement Department Benelux, here’s what you’ll do:
Assistant to Sales Management:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements. Find fast and straightforward solutions of all operative tasks in the day-to-day business. Deal with ad-hoc matters.
- Project Management: Coordination and management of specific projects on behalf of Sales Director.
- Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and performance tracking documents. Research of information, analysis and preparation of the data by MS Excel, Power point, etc.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and internal/external stakeholders. Making sure that all information and other diverse requests and questions are dispatched to the right person within and outside the organization.
- Sales Data Management: Update and maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records. Realization of (or assistance in) strategic analysis/studies to support SD and Management decisions.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate sales team meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action points.
Operations Support:
- Supply Chain Support: ensure smooth operations during busy periods or specific project.
- Marketing Support: assist in the execution of multiple tasks and ensure smooth coordination between the production, product marketing and sales teams.
Job requirements
Your profile:
What are we expecting from our future Assistant Sales Cement Department Benelux?
- A Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales Management or equivalent by experience.
- A solid know-how in all business core topics and understanding of our activities, and of the related impacts.
- The ability to convey information clearly, concisely, accurately, and effectively through written and verbal communication.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and pro-activeness.
- Analytical and conceptual skills, affinity with figures.
- Organization skills.
- Strong engagement and ability to handle stress.
- Dutch speaking is a must and working knowledge of French and English.
