COMMUNICATION OFFICER

to join the team at our headquarters in Braine-l’Alleud.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

• Public Relations

  You build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and impactful internal and external communication.

• Marketing & Sustainability

  You contribute to marketing campaigns with a strong focus on sustainability and brand engagement, helping to shape our company’s impact.

• Storytelling

  You craft compelling narratives that bring our company, brand, and mission to life, making complex topics engaging and accessible.

• Content Creation

  You produce high-quality videos and podcasts, leveraging our in-house studio and podcast area to create dynamic, engaging content.

• Practical Execution

  You take a hands-on approach, turning creative ideas into real projects that drive results.

• Creative Freedom

  You express your creativity, develop original concepts, and experiment with fresh ideas that push boundaries.

• Autonomy & Initiative

  You work independently while collaborating with the team, bringing innovative topics and projects to the table.

Your profile:

• You own a degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with an expertise in media and communication tools.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.

• You are a creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills.

• You are passionate about video content creation—experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is just as valuable! (We have a studio, a podcast area, and all the tools to bring your ideas to life.)

• The following qualities define you: initiative-taking, autonomy, hands-on, multi-tasking, organization, flexibility, resilience, etc.

• You have a strong interest in the industry as well as in sustainability and brand storytelling.
