Heidelberg Materials Benelux is currently looking for a

H&S PROJECT MANAGER

Temporary assignment of minimum 3 months

to join the team at our headquarters in Braine-l’Alleud.

 

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • You identify the needs of the different entities and translate them into concrete action plans.

  • You prepare internal communication, reports, and presentations related to H&S projects.

  • You provide tools and structured support for problem-solving.

  • You manage H&S projects from start to finish, from design to implementation.

  • You harmonize H&S standards and practices across the business lines.

  • You participate in and facilitate internal and external working groups.

  • You advise teams on well-being, occupational health, and legal requirements.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.

  • You have solid project management skills.

  • You communicate easily and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • You have a structured, rigorous, and solution-oriented approach.

  • You work autonomously and manage your priorities efficiently.

  • You have a genuine interest in safety, well-being, and mental health.

  • You speaks and writes fluently in Dutch and/or French with an excellent command of English.
