Heidelberg Materials Benelux is currently looking for a
CENTER OF EXCELLENCE COORDINATOR
to join the team at our headquarters in Braine-l’Alleud.
Your mission is to maintain the existing SAP & other applications active and stimulate users to use these applications. This role requires a proactive approach to drive initiatives and inspire others to adopt best practices. It is essential to adhere to Procurement policies and guidelines, aiming to increase efficiency while ensuring optimal conditions of compliance and transparency. This role involves supporting the Procurement Department by providing processes, trainings, and input, ensuring enhanced visibility and data distribution among stakeholders.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
2P Support: you collaborate with the Procurement team to provide processes and input.
S2P Ambassador: you promote the Procurement principles, the COE initiatives, your best practices, and guidelines.
Supporting SAP Users: you provide support and training for SAP applications, solve application problems, and enhance user experience.
New SAP Functionalities: you work with external consultants on the implementation of new SAP functionalities.
Education Training: you train users on tools and Procurement processes.
Admin Procurement Systems: you manage the access and the storage of procurement contracts in Ariba Contracts as well as the scheduling agreements. In collaboration with the Finance team, you manage the transport costs, the self-billing processes, and the recurring invoices.
Ad-hoc Support: you provide ad-hoc support to departments, to guarantee a continued and smooth running of the organization.
Reporting: you provide management reporting and analysis and/or explanation of figures.
Job requirements
Your profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analysis or Business Administration, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch

Presentation skills (reporting)
